Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paperwork's AI-powered document processing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Paperwork provides AI-powered document processing services, including but not limited to:

  • Document recognition and data extraction
  • Identity verification and KYC processing
  • Financial document analysis
  • Custom AI solutions for financial institutions
  • API access for integration with your systems

Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Use our services to process documents you do not have rights to
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
  • Use automated systems to access our services beyond rate limits

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing starts at $50 per seat per month for standard plans
  • Custom solutions are priced based on your specific requirements
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion

API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of service. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to documents and data you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the services.

Our Services

All rights, title, and interest in our services, including software, algorithms, and AI models, are owned by Paperwork. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

Data Processing and Privacy

We process your documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We do not use your data to train our AI models
  • Documents are retained only as long as necessary
  • You can request deletion of your documents at any time
  • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for maintenance, security updates, or force majeure events.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases
  • We will delete your documents within 30 days of termination unless legally required to retain them

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  • We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI processing may contain errors; you should verify results
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of extracted data
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations when using our services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPERWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperwork from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement
